The recipe by Kinga Paruzel.
Components:
- 1 cup of buckwheat flour
- 1/4 cup potato flour
- 2 spoons of baking powder
- A pinch of sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup almond milk
- 3 tablespoons of maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of rapeseed oil
How to make:
- Mix milk with lemon juice, maple syrup, dissolved oil and leave for 5 minutes.
- Place flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and milk with additives in the mixing bowl and mix 30s / rev 4.
- Pour about half a cup of cake on 1 waffle to the warm waffle.
- Waffles bake about 3-4 minutes until golden.
