Mini oat-pizzas with fruit

The recipe by Kingi Paruzel.

Components:

Bottoms:

  • 1 and 1/2 cups oatmeal mountain oats
  • 1/3 cup almond flour
  • 3 tablespoons of honey
  • 3 ripe bananas

CHOCOLATE CREAM:

  • 1 avocado (ripe)
  • 3 tablespoons of honey
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa
  • 1 banana

Accessories:

  • Sheet for baking
  • baking paper
  • board
  • knife

How to make:

  • Warm the oven to 180 degrees C. Place the baking sheet with the baking paper.
  • Mix all the ingredients needed to prepare the bottom and mix for 30 seconds / turn 7 into the mixing bowl.
  • Prepare a plate to lay the cake to form circles with a diameter of about 15 cm. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
  • Mix the dish and mix all ingredients needed to prepare the cream and mix for 30 s / TURBO.
  • Lay down the bottom of the cream chocolate cake and decorate with fruit.

Advice:

  • Use seasonal fruits: kiwi, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, oranges and fresh mint.
