Components:
Bottoms:
- 1 and 1/2 cups oatmeal mountain oats
- 1/3 cup almond flour
- 3 tablespoons of honey
- 3 ripe bananas
CHOCOLATE CREAM:
- 1 avocado (ripe)
- 3 tablespoons of honey
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- 1 banana
Accessories:
- Sheet for baking
- baking paper

- knife
How to make:
- Warm the oven to 180 degrees C. Place the baking sheet with the baking paper.
